We are very excited to be amongst the first in Canada to be brewing with The Bloom by Espro. The Bloom provides an ideal extraction rate in less time using a number of brewing innovations. The result is a juicy cup of coffee with more flavour clarity.

ESPRESSO

The ultimate in brew methods. Espresso is created by forcing water through coffee grounds, usually at 9 bars of pressure. At Kafka’s we have a specially modified Synesso, and we brew at variable rates, depending on the shot.
