A truly under appreciated brewing method. Coffee is placed in the Aeropress cylinder, allowed to steep for a determined amount of time, turned upside down, and then forced through a paper filter, into your cup. Because air pressure is used for extraction more oils are extracted than in other brew methods (yum) The end result is a concentrated coffee that is extremely clean because of the use of the paper filter.
